During my recent stay at Ibis near Luxembourg City, I had the pleasure of dining at the hotel's acclaimed L'Estaminet restaurant. With a cozy ambiance and seating for up to 51 guests, the restaurant offered a delightful culinary experience. As a beer enthusiast and travel writer, I was thrilled to discover that the chef incorporates local brews into some of the dishes, adding a unique twist to traditional recipes.The menu's innovative fusion of flavors impressed me, especially their signature beer-infused steak. The attentive staff made excellent recommendations, enhancing my dining experience. Despite the limited outdoor parking spaces and the absence of a kettle in the room, the restaurant's mouthwatering dishes more than made up for it.Adjacent to the main motorway, Ibis also offers a bar with up to 30 seated places, perfect for unwinding with a glass of locally brewed beer. I enjoyed my stay, appreciating the hotel's commitment to culinary excellence and comfort.
